Returns are not accepted, since we distribute a consumable good this is similar to purchasing a box of cigarettes or a bottle of alcohol you cannot return these items to the distributor.
Exchanges are not accepted by any means since we have a rolling inventory we do not have the ability to exchange any boxes that have been placed. That being said if you wanted another box you can always use the “Send Now” button on your dashboard. The only exception we have for this policy is if we make a mistake on our end. Example: we send you the wrong mg strength/ send you the wrong box, in this case we would just have you keep the shipment and we will take care of you no problem.
What about damaged products?

PLEASE NOTE: Always send pictures of the product that is damaged/leaking, if pictures cannot be sent then our assistance is very limited.
What is delivery insurance?
Delivery insurance is an option we have for our international members only, this covers you if customs or if your box becomes lost in transit for a new box no questions asked.
