• Domestic US Customers
  • 5-7 business days is normal for our shipments, which ship via USPS! You are emailed a tracking number as soon as the shipment enters transit, which may take up to 1-2 business days

• International Customers - International shipments are shipped out using a shipping consolidator called APC Freight Logistics. Please do not worry if your tracking information isn't working- members will still get their ZampleBox within a 2-4 week time frame! APC carries the shipment to your country, and once it passes through customs, final delivery will be handled by your local carrier. Here's a partial list of the carriers who handle our shipments once they arrive in the destination country:
