Do I have to clean ABAY?
Although ABAY does not require much maintenance, we do recommend using a dry or slightly moistened cotton swab to clean the power contacts and inside ABAY where the pod is inserted as well as the charging contacts on the bottom of the device. In general, keeping it clean does not take much. Mostly just a quick wipe down. If there is juice on the pod we recommend a quick wipe down and it should fire as normal.
What's the best way to store ABAY?
It is best for the battery's longevity to ensure that the device is not stored for more than 2 weeks with an empty charge. When storing the device for a month or longer, it is best to charge the device fully and remove the pod before storage. Also, make sure to store the device and pods away from extreme heat and direct sunlight as this may damage the battery or cause the pods to leak. As with all products containing nicotine, the ABAY device and products should be stored out of reach of children and pets.
How do I charge my ABAY?
To charge your ABAY, just plug your ABAY into power source using supplied USB cable.
How long does a charge last?
Depending on your use, a full charge will provide around 180 puffs or a little bit more than one third of an ABAY pod which have around 455 puffs.
Can I overcharge the battery?
ABAY's is designed to minimize the risk of overcharging. Best practice is however to take off charging port once fully charged.
Can you use while charging?
Yes, but you shouldn't. ABAY will work while it is charging but we recommend not using it while charging to avoid causing damage to the battery.
How do I dispose of an ABAY device?
ABAY is designed to be reliable and to exceed our 6-month Limited Warranty period -- this is not a disposable item like many other e-cigarettes. For disposal purposes, ABAY should be treated as other consumer electronic device, such as a cell phone. We suggest following your city's local recommendations for disposing of a lithium-polymer rechargeable battery.
